Hi everyone!
I'm looking to do a cooking course as a birthday present to myself, and Shermay's seems like the best one I've seen on the net. Has anybody done a class from there? Do you get your money's worth?
Cheers, Minnie

Re: Shermay's Cooking School Classes: Anybody done one?
I've done courses at ICE in New York and classes at Sunrice in SG.QueenMinnie wrote:Hi everyone!

What struck me about the Shermay school is the large proportion of lessons in cake-making. There seems very little savory at all. Might this be reflective of the customers taking the classes? Added to that most classes are not hands on, so you might as well watch cooking shows on TV instead. Then right in the middle of the list of classes is one on Knife skills, which in my opinion would be the most useful class an aspiring cook could take.
Have you looked at Sunrice as a comparison?
