PR application for wife: Need Help on HouseHold Census List

Post by HowardHiew » Sat, 18 Jun 2011 5:05 pm

Hi,

I encountered an item in applicant's supporting document, "Household Census List".

I am Malaysian, currently Singapore PR.
My wife is a PRC, currently holding LTSVP.

Is the Census List need to be notaried?
Or can i just list out a excel table and furnish all my wife family details?

Thanks for the help in advance.

NO. I do not recall anything to be notarized for my wife as you will come for interview and the ICA officer would want to sight the originals docs.
