Low cost Eyebrow threading near Hougang?

Hi..

Can anyone suggest any neat cheap places for threading/shaping eyebrows? I am looking for places charging 5-7S$.

Heard there are some in Little India, but could you mention some names, so that makes it easier for me?

So used to having threading done back in India for 20 Indian Rupees, i.e like less than 1SGD if you convert. So unable to contemplate shelling out more than 10S$ for just threading eyebrows.
