I do not know them but I used San Tours Rental. You can nego your rental price and very affordable. Look for Serena, I think. They are local company and very flexible.

how long are you going to be in Singapore? Don't make haste decision and jump straight to long term leasing because if you going to be here for more than 2 years, leasing will not be the best option. you can try to look at purchasing pre-owned cars ( thats if you are gonna be here for 2 years or more)

We will be in Singapore for 2-5 years. My husband will go for a pre-visit in August and then he'll check up the different options.
