Good Hot Dog?!

Where can I get a good Hot Dog? Something like what you'd get in NY.. or Costco.. or at a ball park..

Similar in purity of ingredients to donner kebabs in the U.K - but they do taste great after a few beers!!

I have seen a place in the basement at Orchard Central that looks dedicated specifically to hot dogs. Always seems to have at least 1/2 full tables so might be worth a gander..
