LPR after EPEC

Can someone get a LPR after a EPEC

Sure you can, buy why on earth would you? makes absolutely no sense as you will already be in the country. You would have to leave the country to apply for LPR. Then you would have to enter again in order to land as a PR without a job, then find one. The only difference is to gain an EP and subsequently PR, you would have to find a job based on your credentials. Whereas, coming here as a LPR, you can take up any job as you have already been vetted for PR.

But, at the moment, you chances of getting PR within a year or more is almost negligible.
