Hi i have a few questions about my exit permit and the document i have to bring.
first its about my exit permit. you have indicated that i must surrender my exit permit when i report within 7 days of my return to the commander central manpower base
before 30/06/2011. however i live in Malaysia penang and so i do not have a house in singapore and after receiving the date for my medical screening on the 29th of June,
i want to know is am i allowed to go back to penang? it will only be until i receive my enlistment notice and then i will return for the enlistment.
I also have a slight confusion with one of the letters as it says that NS-liable persons would be scheduled for enlistment normally within 6-8 months upon completion of studies/return from overseas so my other question is when do i actually get enlisted? as this would help me know the problems i might have in terms of living.
my other Question is the enlistment act (chapter 93) further reporting order. this is also the day i have my medical screening but just to make sure it says i must bring the following documents and i would like to ask you about the medical reports and so on. it says bring medical reports, hospital appointment cards, x-ray films, blood donation and school health booklet.
first of all do i need do a extra medical screening and produce a extra medical report? as it does say medical report or do i just do the medical screening scheduled on that day . Also i have not done any blood donation nor do i have any school health booklet as my school has not done none of these. so is it fine to not bring these?

Yes that is correct.

Yes , you can go back but only for 3 months without any EP. You have to return before the 3 months due. You are not allowed to apply any EP as you are NS liable prior enlistment

You have to check with CMPB when is the next intake and if you are able to enroll on that earliest intake. Then on if confirm CMPB should issue you with a SAF 12 ( I think as I cannot recall the doc. number) serve of NS notice reporting

Nah, do not worry about it, If you are PR here as a student , they will have you info in their database. Just come for the screening.

If you do not have it, do not worry, just come for the medical check up and X-Ray. Blood donation is not compulsory but encourage to sign up
