Shipbuilding/marine

Dear friends!
Does anybody know any vacancies in quality department in shipbuilding in Singapore? I'm experienced surveyor and experienced specialist in quality management. I Worked in South Korea in 2009-2010 on new-building semi-submersible drilling rigs. Now I'm working in Russia as a senior quality manager at one of the shipyards.
I'm looking for a job in quality area (it may be shipyards, shipping companies, other offshore manufacturing).
By the way I have a good knowledge in AutoCad, bricsCad, Solidworks.
So, if anybody knows where are my types of vacancies allowed please inform me.
The secong question is: What do you think: Is it possible/easy in singapore for foreigner start work asa a junior or intermediate specialist and then become a well-paid high-level cpec.?
Or I should better look for a job that allows me to start from the high position?

There are smaller yards here, but the two major ship/rig building yards in Singapore are Keppel-Fels and Sembawang Shipyard. Google is your friend.

Thanks I used google, and found that Keppel and Jurong shipyards are the biggest in Singapore, But they talked to me, that they don't have any vacancies at this moment, so, i think people, who is working at the shipyards may know about vacancies and perspectives in shipbuilding areas. F.ex. Officially in our shipyard there are no vacancies, but we hired 2 surveyors without any problems... :)
