Accomodation - District 15 / 16

Hi All

Moving to Singapore 5th September and I wondered if someone can advise on any 3 bed condo's with all facilities as we a 5 year old and 6 months. We wont be purchasing a car so it need to be near some ammenities ie: supermarket etc...near the ECP would be great - we have a budget of $4000

any help would be greatly appreciated

If you want to be within walking distance to Supermarkets and ECP, rather than a short bus/taxi ride, then the obvious area would be around Parkway Parade (Marine Parade). There are a few condos closeby e.g Seaview, Cote D'Azur, Esta, Amber One. However it will be tough to get a 3 Bed for $4k.

If you are ok will a short bus/taxi ride then you could look down the road towards Siglap/Bedok and look at Bayshore, Bayshore Park, Mandarin Gardens, Villa Marina. Costa Del Sol is also an option but 3 bed apts are quite expensive.

You mentioned Siglap and Bedok - is it pram friendly around there? is it walking distance to the beach?

I would say Siglap and closeby is pram friendly and definitely within walking distance to ECP. There are underpasses every couple of hundred yards around that area.
