Congratulations mashonrun!
How much time did it take for your application to process? Do you have any tips on how to expedite it?
Thanks

Hello guys,
I am in the same boat, I've got a response from MOM that my case is "Pending inputs from vetting agencies".
I have been waiting since June 29 and starting from today suppose to wait for 2 months more. Keep your updates here, please.
So, good luck to all of us!

Wait patiently not even a week is over.. Also 2 months is the guideline time. It MAY be a bit sooner too.. Good Luck !

In 2009 when I came here, my EP was approved in 1 day flat. I guess those days are over. My friend too told me that his EP took 3 weeks for approval.

Hi All,
Thank you everyone in advance for their comments, opinions and help.
I am an undergraduate from NTU Singapore with an Engineering degree graduated in July 2011.
I found a job and company applied EP for me on 6 July 2011.Till now my status is shown as Pending inputs from vetting agencies.Salary is qualified for the Category Q1.
I am quiet worried about the delay as I am staying in Singapore and I cant afford the living expense.Furthermore I have start paying the bank loans which I have took during my studies in Singapore.
Any one would help me to find where did I went wrong?
Thanks again in advance.

As it hasn't been rejected yet, apparently you haven't done anything wrong. You are just going to have to wait it out. Nothing can be done about it, except wait it out.

Where to see the status of pending from vetting agencies?
From EPOL or we can check with FIN number?

I have the same problem.
One of the company from SG applied Employment Pass for me.
Date of Application : 26/06/2012
Pass Type : EMPLOYMENT PASS
Pass Category : -
Status : Pending inputs from vetting agencies. Expected outcome is 2 months from the Date of Application.
I also get vetting agencies status.
So, Please let me know that , is there nothing to do for me but wait?
As for my side, I can wait.
But I am not so sure for the company side whether they can wait me or not.
Every suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi all, my employer applied Spass for me last Friday, 22/06/2012. The status changed from pending to pending inputs from vetting agencies on Monday. Today, I received call from the company that my Spass was rejected.
Does anyone have similar cases before??

Travel agencies in Singapore

Since they're not getting any business during these times, how do they sustain operations? I have heard many F&Bs shutting, but travel agencies still...

Yes, think their margins are low especially if they sell package tours. And I would feel it's quite hard for them to survive this period.
