hi
looking that singapore average salaries are around 4000-6000 dols
for a family of 4 with non-working housewife , it will be really tight considering the cost of living in singapore

so i want to ask if its possible to take up part-time or weekend employement like website maintanence , data entry jobs or ( some new ideas ) to add to my salary

is this legally allowed and will the primary employer agree to this ?

regards

Singapore average household salaries are 5.5K/mo, that means with both husband & wife working.

SMS's reply is true for EP and WP holders, as well as other non-working passes (DP, LTSVP, DP, SP, ...).
PRs are allowed to have two jobs and part-time jobs, just as much as locals are. But you will not get a PR in the beginning!

If an employer is willing to apply for a EP for you (so going from a DP to an EP) can you then be employed? Only on a full time basis or also part time?

Thanks.

We try not to allude to doing things illegally here.
