Got an offer to work in Singapore

I got an offer to work in IT Presales Consultant role. With 3 years exp. The salary guide for this role is around 7k SGD. Is this Ok with expat?

The company would like me to propose the expected salary which is including the cost of living e.g. House renting, Transportation, Mobile Phone, Tax and etc. Cost of living that i've estimated is 2.5 SGD per month.

Will this OK? Or 7k SGD is the standard rate and I should not include the cost of living? Please anyone help me.
