Looking for stainless steel bread pans

Post by yengyeng » Wed, 01 Jun 2011 1:41 pm

Can someone share with me where I can find stainless steel bread pans/tins in Singapore? How much would a 500g stainless steel tin cost?

I thought so too, but trying to find stainless steel loaf/bread pans aren't that popular here. most of the sites are flogging either aluminium or non-stick or silicone pans. Very hard to find Stainless as requested by the OP. And phoonhuat now requires registration to see their catalogue! :x

Thanks for the recommendations. Was hoping to find it in the local stores to keep the cost down. Have already contacted Phoon Huat previously. They only sell aluminium ones. No stainless steel or glass. Pantry Magic has closed its Singapore store according to its website?

How about baking bread in glassware? Anyone tried with success?

Try tools of the trade in upper bukit ti ah probably not the cheapest, but they seem to have one of almost anything.

There is a kitchen supply store in Chinatown... forget which street... I bought a large SS pot there... don't know about bread pans. Have you tried Tangs? Some high end cookware there.
