Landbank Investment in Hong Kong

Anyone knows about landbank investment in Hong Kong. It is offered by this company First Asia Holdings (HK) Ltd.

Is landbank considered a good investment ......or a scam.

No personal experience but landbanking got very bad press in the UK a while back. It did seem the chances of getting any return was remote at best.

Funnily enough the same companies (with the same offerings) popped up in Asia. I guess they ran out of "investors" locally.

There maybe some genuine players in the market so take each offer on it's merits. You would need a huge appetite for risk in my view.
