S Pass got approved, but application has mistakes in it...

Post by bumblebee26 » Wed, 01 Jun 2011 2:00 am

Hello,

I am a foreigner holding LTVP. I was offered a job lately in Singapore. The S Pass got an in principal approval also, but later on I found out that some details regarding work exp and qualification mentioned in application are false. I am a fresher with six months experience only. I made it a point to highlight the discrepancies to the company and demanded a rectification. My company withdrew its application and on next day applied fresh with correct details. I am now awaiting its result.

Please advice me, on this situation. I fear that MOM might reject this time considering me to have suppressed information and having provided wrong details last time. Will this affect my future applications? Please help, I am worried.

Thanks for the reply. I actually asked them to make amendments. Later on I had to demand to go through the correct procedure.
