How to re-enter to Singapore after prohibition period.

Please help me to one last share your opinion that if she apply S pass or work permit at MOM then She would be also very hard to get it? Even in case submit with a strongly eligibled local company…….?

Once her record has been tainted with the offence, it will hard for you to get an LTSVP , do not even bother to get an S Pass for her but hey you never try you never know. If you do succeed please come back and advise us on did you do it to succeed in applying for her S Pass.

Hi guys, i juz want to ask ...i am banned in singapore coz of my application of marriage they said we bridge the law that time im pregnant and i am not able to enter singapore and apply marriage from april 2015 to December 2015...now im planning to enter again this month and im worried..i dunno what i need to provide or i juz enter as a tourist visa again hope u guys give an advise...

Pls help thankyou

Ask your husband to get approval from icA. How long did they say prohibited to enter?

Are you a former Work Permit holder who got pregnant / married without the permission?

Hi x9200, thanks for ur reply,.I am holding working permit last 2013 after i finish my contract i stay in phil.for 1 year and then i get pregnant during that time we also trying to apply marriage at mom till on our 3rd time they still reject us and issue us a letter stated that i cannot go in singapore till last year december..

Till last year december... So i juz need the approval from ica thats all?? And i can enter alrdy again?? How long is the process?? Is it tru email or my husbnd need to go there personally??
