Need help on everything about moving to Singapore!

Hello all,

We are researching relocating from Sydney, Australia to Singapore or Hong Kong with my husbands job.

I have no idea about Singapore and have only been there once staying at the Oriental.

My husbands office will be on Marina Boulevard, Marina Bay.

We are a family of two adults and three young children (4yr, 2 yr & 7 month old baby) we also have two large dogs.

Where would we be able to rent a property that would have a small garden but within reasonable commute to Marina Bay?

We would also need reccomendations for pre school and kindergartens and rough pricing if anyone knows?

Is having a car a must or can we easily use public transport with three young kids?

If you have any advice and anything I may have left help that would also be much appreciated
