So you have now 2 matching buildings (or so it appears).
I admit the difference in the perspective looks a bit weird but likely this is just a different lens.

Ah, I see it now.

So could the grey frontage at the middle extreme right of my pic be the Peace Centre? It always was an ugly building.

So that green space was ringed by buildings in '89, and they brought them down.
