Already on SVP can i apply new SVP..?

Post by skumar79 » Mon, 16 May 2011 9:23 pm

Hi,

I am an indian national.
I came singapore on a SVP date April 2nd so i got 30 Days Stay.
Then i applied for extension which was denied. Hence i went Malaysia for 4 days and came back, so i got 30 days extension. Now my SVP is suppose to expire by May 30th.
My query is
1. Should i apply again an ExTension.
or
2. Can i apply new SVP from 1 June Onwards.
or.
3. Should i go back to india. If yes then again when can i apply.

Would be g8full if i can get any idea or advise on this. I will really appreciate it.

Note: Before i was working on EP-P2 till Jan 2011.
