No broker/agent fee?

Hi,

I'm new to the Singapore rental market and looking to find a flat without having to pay a broker/agent fee.

Can anyone recommend the best way to find a flat without having to pay this fee?

Does anyone know agents that charge the landlord instead of the tenant?

You won't find recommendations for agents on this forum unless it is the forum host! They won't allow Honda Salesmen on the Mercedes Showroom! And rightly so. However, do a search of these threads using the search function at the upper right side of this page under the "profile" link. There are heaps of recent discussions on the new laws regarding what agents are allowed and not allowed to do.
