Wanting to relocate to Singapore

Hi,

I'm currently working for a big pharma company GSK in the UK and am wanting to relocate to Singapore ASAP. I cant transfer with my company as they don't have my specific clinical project manager jobs I'm looking for so I'm looking at other companies.

However do you think it would be easier to move to Singapore on some sort of VISA ( not sure which one) and look while I'm in Singapore?

It seems difficult to get anything while I'm here as I feel so far away and it' difficult to be aware of all the potential job openings. I do have around 8 years of experience so should be a good candidate
