I have been working year for 1.5 years with a hotel with an S Pass. I understand that it has been difficult to obtain a PR especially with the results of the recent Singapore election. Will it improve my chances if I acquire a private
property in Singapore? Can anyone advise me? Thank you.

If you're on an S pass, how would you be able to afford to buy private

Actually, you should really worry about just getting your S pass renewed. That, in itself, might be a problem.
