I suffer pretty much with skin problems and lupus is active, it also gives me sever rheumatoid arthritis, seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis, I never really suffered from it before, it only started since i have been in Singapore the last 6 years. Though I have had auto immune problems low white blood cell count for over 25 years, it's only now that it's really bothering me.
You can manage okay with the medications here, I don't have it so bad, rather count myself lucky, as i only have 3 or 4 itchy bad spots, the Lupus is quite painful when it comes out on the face, burning a lot and effects my eyes, so teardrops help. We have to learn to live with it I guess, so you are not on your own, many people have it here. Alcohol being a no no!
