Recruitment Consultant- International or local

Hi people,

Just need some suggestions here:

There are 2 companies here. Both are local companies . One is more of international source company ( medium size company) and the other one is more of a local source company (small size company) .


Both are equally good as a whole , equal in salary and all ...


How will you guys determine which one to choose?

Reputation? Most have abysmal reps but go with the best and the one with the best clients, if you can somehow find out.

both are somehow equal...

the first one which is the international one perhaps has more awards than the other..

hmmm..pretty tough for me to decide...cuz i am not sure about their work culture and environment is like..


any other more concrete suggestions?

I would choose more international one...
The world is getting smaller and smaller and soon you will find it is better to impose to internationally earlier...
