I'm returning local, have been away for a bit and will be back soon. Been out of touch and am glad to join this forum to help me catch up
Perhaps a bit about myself...Most of my life was spent in SG, did the whole song and dance thingie with the army, studied and worked. then 6 years ago, I decided to leave familiar shores to seek a brave new world - a couple of years in Berlin and then Zurich for a few more. I recently accepted a new job and am currently in Stuttgart for training before I head back to SG in August.
I enjoy cooking, drinking wine, cooking whilst drinking wine, hiking & learning languages. I speak german (allegedly), understand north germans better and tend to have a swiss accent. I also speak a smattering of french, russian and japanese, primarily to help me get by when traveling. I try to do a bit of volunteer work where possible and have volunteered at an asylum organisation (political, not mental) in Switzerland.
Things I'm good at include shooting myself in the foot, putting my foot in the mouth and shooting myself in the foot while its already in my mouth
