AXA's PPP International Healthcare...... comments?

Post by ScoobyDoes » Fri, 06 May 2011 3:17 pm

I'm looking at the AXA policy and quote and is quite good for international coverage..... it costs only a bit more than a local policy here though has a ~USD1.2m annual limit.

The question is has anybody got experience of their support network in Singapore or the claims process? I think the AXA International Division's local point of contact is actually their office in Hong Kong.

I've read reviews about AXA and whilst they are seem UK/Europe specific not one review had a good comment to make. This could be that people without problems don't typically go out of their way to make reviews whilst those who have suffered will jump up and tell everyone.

AXA is a very establish company in the world. It's once of the biggest insurer in the world.
You need no worry in terms of claims if the need arise.

There is a customer service center at AXA Tower which is located at 8 Shenton Way

The highest end plan policy annual limit is usd$2.9M, covers chronic, per-existing conditions, 24x7 concierge service, letter of guarantees, maternity and newborn benefits etc....

The catch is high premium. Meant for high networth individuals or families who wants the best medical treatments globally.....

There is a singapore office now to handle claims and logistic arrangements
