KTMB ticket counter operating hrs in Singapore

Hi,

I would like to take train from Singapore to KL. I have tried to book tickets online but seems the website is down. so thinking to get a ticket from KTM ticket counter in Singapore. so can anyone suggest me what is the working hrs of KTM ticket counter in Tanjong pagar and it exact location?
