Pet quarantine for dogs

We are considering relocating to Singapore. We have 2 dogs. We are from South Africa so our dogs need to be in quarantine for a month. Does anyone have any experiences of the pet quarantine? I would love to hear!

What does it mean by 'quarantine' in the US? Does it mean stay at home without being allowed to go out at all for 14 days? I see a lot of people...

100 pound fine if do not complete the contact form but UK nationals still...
