I'm sure there are no such statistical figures out there, but can you guess the average duration for foreigners to land jobs in Singapore?

Land what kind of jobs? C'mon, man... can you see how asinine your question is? Tech jobs? Diving jobs? IT jobs? Construction jobs? MD jobs?

Actual results are from 0 days to infinity... and have a lot to do with the individual applying. You seem to be all over the map. Look at the longer end.

My current S pass has duration of 5 years. My employer has renewed it.

According to the MOM website at , S pass can be renewed up to 3 years....
