POLLING DAY IS MAY 7TH

Post by sundaymorningstaple » Tue, 19 Apr 2011 5:14 pm

Hey MS, you owe me a beer!

I was pretty damned close!

Try June or July. I reckon the election will be before the end of May. PAP hasn't introduced enough of the new guys so it would be a little tight for April.

I know SMS said it will be mid year period, I am weighing more towards after Aug-Nov period.
BTW there will be alot of tweaking on the immigration laws.

Please win PAP.... the opposition will just complicate stuff up and mess about quite a lot.

Is there any doubt about who'll win?

They've even re-drawn all the constituency boundaries, and showered citizens in 'rebates' (of their own money), just to ensure that everything is completely fair :)

I reckon I must not work in Singapore then. I work a 5.5 day week every week. :( So I get a Saturday off. So what happens? I get drafted to help with the GE by the RC! :-|

Back here again after two and half year, and glad to see SMS still actively quipping (politically)...

Cheers! :D

There's internet access in Antarctica. Heck; there's internet access in low-earth orbit.

I gracefully accept my defeat. I am still in Christchurch helping out my mates here, if you wanna drop an e-mail , I will post you and SE a bottle of Chardonnay or Shiraz each as I still have quite abit of job to do here
