Time to obtain on waiting for my Employment Pass

Good day to all!

I have a concern regarding on my Employment Pass application.

This is the current situation:

- I am a foreigner holding a social visit pass that will expires on April 26.
- I've been acquired by a company here in Singapore and I already signed their job offer to me last Friday (April 15).
- Last Friday, I also fill up the application for my Employment Pass.

This is my concerns:

- I only have 11 days left based on my current Social Visit Pass, do I need to apply it for an extension?

- If my In-Process Approval Letter arrived, is it valid to extend my Social Visit Pass until my Employment Pass Card will be released?

Yes, you need to extent go to E-VP website , do it online. Max you can extend is 60 days more

- If my In-Process Approval Letter arrived, is it valid to extend my Social Visit Pass until my Employment Pass Card will be released?

Once you have AIP , exchange your SVP to EP Pass. Meantime you need SVP to allow you to be in Singapore

I already extend my SVP for 60 days...

If I already received my IPA, can i still apply for an extension for at least 2 weeks just to wait my E-PASS to be approved??..

Does ICA will grant me an extension??

Hello ?? I am missing something .. IPA IS THE E PASS per se ..

why you need to wait for the E-Pass collection unless you have some hidden agenda ??
