The authors say cultural evolution, not the brain, drives language development! Oh no not genetics what's the PM going to think in the UK?. As the language doesn't appear to be improving much, quite the opposite in some areas of retard cycles Maybe they need to import educated talent into the shires for better breeding opportunities
