Gents,
I have a droid incredible with Verizon in USA. From my research it seems that the phone being CDMA is not a good thing for Singapore.
Are there any solutions that I've over-looked, or shall I start looking to sell this thing?
I know in the past this issue had been disused, but most threads were dated and I am not sure if anything has changed.
Thanks for the input.

FYI, the nearest CDMA networks would be India and Indonesia. And only because I'm lazy to fact check, I think some parts of China.

I believe, what's left of Japan uses CDMA as well doesn't it? But it's a slightly different frequency I believe.

Correct. US phone won't work in JP. Nor will standard GSM phone. Must have a quad band (like iPhone) to work.
UMTS/HSDPA (850, 1900, 2100 MHz)
GSM/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)

I'm not SE, and sound and fury don't mean squat to me. You're banned until/unless Admin overturn it. They have been advised of the problem as well.
