it has been 5 days and i havent got any reply. my employer told me that perhaps it was becoz MoM has decided to upgrade their system with effect from April 2011. Still I would like to have some insights regarding the above matter.

Also MoM wouldnt accept my degree qualification as they would need a certification letter from the school stating that I have graduated for which i am unable to provide as i havent graduated yet-technically (Got one month left). so instead my employer used my Higher Diploma Cert. would that effect the outcome??

thnks moderator. on a scale of 1-10 how would u rate my chances? (if u dnt mind at all)

Also i had previously applied for EP and got rejected (another rubbishbin employer)..so i m guessing the record will be available in the MOM database. would that effect my spass application?

Firstly, the good news (my 2 cents opinion again .. )

Your previous rejection doesn't mean anything to MOM, if the previous rejection was due to the employer not compliant .. whatever that means .. :D

So good luck

Now for the not so good news: If only your current employer had pegged your salary at 2,000 or more, instead of exactly 1,800 .. .. justifying the need to get a foreigner .. :(

Maybe I am wrong ..
