Hi. Does anyone that would there be any tax payable in Singapore from selling shares if a non residence foreigner would set up a holding company in Singapore and transfer his shares to this holding company from Europe?
And any idea that would the case be different if he would be a residence?
This is regarding a acquisition and how to achieve the minimum tax rate for the transaction of selling shares. Thanks
