about 1300 sq ft upwards. Rooms middling. Hall decent size. Main draw back for upper floors is walk up ie no lift. No facilities except pool. Main attraction is quiet neighbourhood of landed bunaglows and semi detacheds with convenient access to Wheelock vicinity of Orchard. As in all condos/apartments you will have to view the actual apartment to determine condition of the unit in question
