I am contemplating buying a condo up here. interest rates and low and rent is high, so I want to explore the option at the very least.
Id prefer to work through a mortgage broker then a bank....
Can anyone recommend a local broker in Singapore who's familiar with obtaining a loan for a property in Singapore for expats - possibly using equity from a property in another country for the deposit?
Like to hear from anyone who can recommend someone
