Jurong East MRT Interchange - Re-development

Post by vozzie » Sun, 03 Apr 2011 8:37 am

Does anyone know whether trains on the Red Line, coming from Woodlands, will continue on through J.E.I to the city after the re-development is finished.

Or will they continue to pour all their passengers onto the Green Line at J.E.I. ..as per the current arrangements?

As I suspect that everyone is holding their breath waiting for an answer on this one .... I decided to go straight to the source ... the Stationmaster at Jurong East.

The new platform and line opens in May, however, they have no idea of the grand plan or how the trains will be scheduled ... as no one has told them yet. Maybe they're still trying to work it out.

I guess we'll find out in May
