dependent visa available for mothers sister stay here ?

One of my old friends who just delivered a baby last month is planning to take up a job offer in Singapore. However is it possible she bring along her mother’s sister on a dependent visa or some other option so she can have her baby taken care of by her relative?

Dependants Pass - No
LTVP - No

Beside that it would only be a normal tourist visa

Also depends on which country she is from, for example Indonesian or Filipino and Myanmar is on the list for FWD not sure about China or Taiwan , so she could be employed as a maid direct through MOM if from one of those countries. Otherwise not much chance at all, like Saint points out!
