Hi,
I would like to know how long does it take to get passport for enter-pass visa holders?

Your entrepass, has no bearing on how long it will take to renew your passport.
Though I think you mean how long does it take to get entrepass visa in your passport! That takes the time it takes to evaluate your business proposal, there is no guarantee for a positive answer. Maybe an entrepreneur entrepass holder can tell you roughly an idea of how long the waiting time is for approval.
Other than that, I haven't a clue about what you are asking!

yes! Though up to election this year, they have turned many PR's down due to local complaints of too many foreign workers, so wait a good while after the elections before applying for PR, elections will start soon but no date given yet.

Have you gotten an Entrepass yet? Cause, looking at your questions, I'm not sure how.
You cannot apply for a Passport until you acquire Singapore Citizenship. That's not likely to happen until you have been here for several years and your EntrePass company shows growth and depth as required by the Gahmen. Even after you get PR, it may take you several years to get Citizenship. Based on what I've seen from your few posts thus far, good luck. You are going to need it.
