Any Mainframe Jobs Available ?

Hi,
Does some one know any available mainframe job in Singapore ?
I have 4 yrs of IT experience in Mainframe technology.
My skills are COBOL, DB2, IMS DB, JCL, VSAM and CICS.

And does anyone knows the average salary for mainframe programmer in Singapore ?
