Post by urthebest88 » Fri, 25 Mar 2011 8:01 pm

Hi, I was holding a S-Pass for my previous company, when I change a new job this month, my previous company terminated my S-Pass and my new company help me re-apply, the result came out very quickly show that my S-Pass application failed. so my new company now already applied work-permit for me.

I just wondering how I should do to my PR application, cause I applied PR last year october under my x-company S-Pass, now my current situation become like this, any idea or suggestion I can do?

thanks a lot for any comments...

You have no choice but to notify ICA of the change of your status. You sponsor is no longer your sponsor. With a work permit, your chances are much lower, but if you don't notify them, when they find out, your chances are going to be zilch. Why on earth would you deliberately through a spanner into the works when you have a PR application cooking?

Not the kind of thinking that the government would want here I don't believe. Good luck. I think you are going to need it.
