Baking and Pastries

Post by mellamoelise » Fri, 25 Mar 2011 5:22 pm

Hey guys,

I'm a 23yr old local and this may sound like a odd request but are there people out here who are really good at baking and desserts? I'm looking to learn from you authentic desserts from your country.

Let me know? mellamoelise@gmail.com

Cheers,
Elise

Not sure if this will help you out, Elise, but you could consider signing up for baking classes at Phoon Huat. I know the namesake sounds pretty local, but they actually teach participants how to bake some pretty cool international pastries/desserts there!
