Hi there anyone here who's taking up the WSQ Diploma in Culinary Arts from At-Sunrice?

Any alumnis?

I'm keen on the WSQ Diploma program but need some pointers and is there any other school that you guys can suggest?

I'm 23 and just completed NS...not sure to go to At-Sunrice or....

17 mths program with paid apprenticeship is good right?
Some feedback or ideas?

Regards,
A Zaki

I have a couple of good friends who took this course and raved about it. There are very few proper culinary schools in Singapore. (There is a Singapore-based one, but I forget where that is... It's much cheaper but not as good as At-Sunrice.)

Do you intend to work in Singapore, or are you planning to go abroad when you're done? If you want to go overseas, you'll need to consider if the qualification you do will be recognised. Two of my friends who did the class at At-Sunrice now have good positions in France and Dubai.

Feel free to PM me. I'm not a chef but I can put you in touch with people who would be more than happy to help you out.
