Benefit for 1st time buyer from HDB Flat ?

Benefit for 1st time buyer from HDB Flat ?

Hi

Wish have more information before proceed buying?

Stay here few years and planning to apply citizen to enjoy benefit,

Any benefit to PR change to Citizen when buy flat from HDB or private ?

1. Visit HDB website showed with information, encourange PR turn into cirizen, provide cash support in CPF S$20,000?

2. Also, get information for 1st time buyer, will enjoy extra CPF Grant S$30,00.-

Can I get both beneift or only one selection?

If apply HDB loan, any differnt from outside banker?

For the buying proceed, any document and fee need to pay out?

Wish have more information before consoideration.

Remember once you take up citizenship, your CPF monies are locked in untill you turn really old, thats not the case with PR.

The housing benefits of taking up citizenship are really meagre if you ask me.
