Must share with you an unprofessional experience i had with a company that offers parties of kids.
I used the service of www.kidsawesomeparty.com and they promised me some service such as games/balloon sculpting and face painting which sounds really good for my kids bday. But unfortunately all i got was un professional girls that came late to my party, and at the end did not do any games to the kids.....
when complaining to the company - they said "oh sorry, sorry.... when are you transferring my payment" ......without any REAL apology or "we will look into it"......
I am not used to that kind of reaction/response - when a client not happy!!! it sound a bit rude to me as well....
what do u think?
