Hi,
I am looking for some places to buy fabrics as I can make my own dresses. I am aware of spotlight in plaza singapore. And I am very carefull in looking for some nice deals to grab fabrics from there. Sometimes I also go to Arab street.
Is there any other place to get good fabric deals. I am particularly looking for western dress making types of fabrics. Thanks in advance.

Chinatown near OG shopping centre has a lot of shops selling fabrics and depending where you are, City Plaza out on Sims Avenue near Paya Lebar Road also has a lot of fabric shops.
