Making corded roller blinds child safe

Hi we have just moved into a new condo and have many corded roller blinds with long cords. Given that we've young children does anyone know where we can buy cord tie-downs in Singapore to make them safe?

Don't find it easy to locate things online in Singapore so any help would be great!

Where should we find the safe entry check out button? When using the safe entry barcode, once you are logged in, I do not see the check out...
