EPEC:- Passport renewed and H1-B visa stamp on old one

Hi,
I am planning to apply for EPEC soon. I have gone through some research on that and got preliminary information, but still have one doubt open.

I went to US for two years and came back on December 2010(I am from India). My passport has expired 5 months back and I have got new Passport. Now I have to mention passport number for EPEC application, I assume it should be new passport number.

But when I will be asked to upload supporting documents, I will need scan of old passport (the page on which H1-B visa is stamped).

Could this be a problem(as they will notice two different passport numbers)?

Quite simple. Last page of new passport in Notes page has a stamp saying "Holder previously travelled on Passport XYZ" etc. I know this is in Indian passports for sure.

You did similar on another post too. It is impossible to know who is writing what. Suggest using different colour text or similar differentiator so others can make sense of it in future
