Watched it last night and was quite surprised how good it was. Mel Gibson was director, only sub titles. the film is about the Mayan culture quite violent but thrilling if like to watch hunting and being hunted, with lots of heads rolling down hill.
The tribe is very realistic I cannot imagine them being actors, and the woman giving childbirth under water was quite an achievement and realistic. Well worth watching with a beer or two! Not for women or kids though.
